Product Manager

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and prioritized to ensure successful delivery & adoption
• Maintains a sprint-ready product backlog, balancing new features, defects, and quick enhancements and negotiates with Product Manager for prioritization
• Empowered to make product decisions and actively advises delivery teams
• Ensures that development teams have two sprints of refined backlog that meets the team’s Definition of Done (DoD)
• Translates product vision and discovered requirements into actionable user stories.
• Primary point of contact for questions from the team, clarifying features & user stories and answering questions for delivery teams; become a subject matter expert on assigned product functions
• Collaborates closely with Technical, Testing and Design teams to define exceptional experiences and scalable solutions
• Utilize project tracking tools to maintain and update project information (e.g. Jira and Aha!).
• Ensures clear and comprehensive product documentation, inclusive of functional specifications
• Where appropriate, works closely with off-shore BAs and assist with the elaboration of epics into user stories
• Act as a key stakeholder in release planning and support end user release management and training
• Keeps abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices
• Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate

Product Owner

SDET

• Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with emphasis on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data
• Review product requirements and verify that requirements are clear, consistent, and testable
• Develop validation plans according to a risk-based testing methodology
• Set up testing environment and prepare testing data
• Author and execute test scripts, document defects, and track resolutions
• Work with others to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code
• Assist with software deployment into all environments and complete all required documentation
• Assist the support team with investigation of production issues
• Automate test scripts using industry-standard tools

Project Manager

• Manage communication between Suvoda’s internal eCOA teams and instrument developers/license holders for questionnaires;
• Manage communication between Suvoda’s internal Technical Solutions and Design teams and 3rd party translation vendors regarding development needs and client translation requirements;
• Research license, translation, and eCOA requirements including layout, formatting, and appearance on devices. Determine the license holder is and how to get in contact;
• Take ownership over the development of information gathering form to be collected at project outset to assist in license research;
• Communicate and implement all translation and eCOA requirements, and timelines to correct internal eCOA teams;
• Design, manage and update internal reference master guide as needed with license holder requirements for future reference;
• Coordinate license holder reviews, as needed;
• Supply translation vendor with English .json files and screen reports for translation;
• Receive translated .json files from translation vendor and provide to the Technical Solutions team for implementation;
• Create screen report documents for each questionnaire by copying and pasting individual screenshot images of each question for a particular questionnaire. The individual screenshot images will be generated by the Technical Solutions team;
• Perform a basic proofread of the screen report documents to ensure all required screen content is present and in the correct order;
• Coordinate revisions to the screen report documents and .json files between the Technical Solutions team and translation vendor, as needed;
• Collaborate with Lead Project Managers regarding translation timelines in order for Lead Project Managers to communicate this information to the client;

Licensing Project Manager

Sales

• Identify and close new business within assigned accounts
• Manage the sales process, from identification of a new opportunity through proposal, award, negotiation of price and contract terms, and deal close
• Manage the response to any Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI) with assigned accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts
• Organize and lead client meetings for initial capabilities presentations, bid defenses
• Serve as escalation point for clients as well as primary point of contact for mid-study change orders
• Drive the governance process with assigned strategic accounts, working with services management and the executive team as needed
• Attend conferences and other industry events, representing the Suvoda brand, and identifying new opportunities
• Generate new leads, and identify potential deals and partnership opportunities
• Collect competitive intelligence and provide information to management
• Assist with the development of new sales strategies
• Assist in training and mentorship of Business Development Associates
• Perform other related duties as required

• Assist with the creation of technical design and implementation documentation
• Design and code software applications and fix defects
• Provide unit testing coverage for delivered code
• Work with others to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code
• Manage software deployment into all environments and complete all required documentation
• Assist support team with troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
