Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Progressive employee relations experience
- Exceptional people management skill sets
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Advanced investigative skills
- Experience advising senior executives
- High proficiency in leveraging data and analytics
