About the role
- Manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas of the Medical Foundation/Outpatient Clinics
- Ensures compliance with operational goals and patient care delivery
- Plans and organizes operations and resources
- Establishes protocols and practices for compliance with standards, policies, and regulations
- Takes strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows
- Develops and maintains partnerships with peers, leaders, and agencies
- Provides guidance and intervention in complex situations
- Manages capital and operational budgets
Requirements
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable State, federal, state licensing and other local regulations related to Outpatient Services
- Ability to form relations with physicians and medical directors as well as with nursing and other key departments
- Demonstrated leadership skills including team building, coaching/mentoring
- Ability to motivate and engage others
- Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
- Ability to build partnerships with employees, peers, physicians, and leaders
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of wage and hour laws
