About the role

  • Plays a key role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Requires a hands-on approach to managing and achieving key results, while maintaining a focus on resolving highly sensitive issues.
  • Ensures that necessary resources are available to provide leadership support and facilitate the resolution of strategic and sensitive issues or projects.
  • Provides high-level, specialized support to executive leadership, working independently on complex and often confidential assignments.
  • Exercises sound judgment and applies in-depth knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and administrative infrastructure.
  • Handles a broad range of critical inquiries and issues, utilizing creativity and originality to develop effective solutions.
  • Oversees and manages projects, conceptualizing, developing, driving high-level strategic initiatives, and achieving expected results.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
  • 5 years recent relevant experience
  • Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on writing.
  • Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
  • Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
  • Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
