About the role
- Serves as the primary point of contact and care navigator for professional and collegiate athletic partnerships
- Provides concierge-level coordination of care, ensuring athletes, coaches, and team staff have seamless access to Sutter’s clinical network
- Functions as a program manager and clinical liaison with advanced skills in communication, logistics, and clinical coordination
- Responsible for managing end-to-end coordination of care, facilitating referrals, scheduling expedited appointments, and ensuring confidentiality, continuity, and quality across the continuum of care
Requirements
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
- Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development
- Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors
