About the role
- Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Radiology and Imaging Services
- Responsible for all imaging-related equipment management and collaboration with service lines
- Ensures effective interface with clinical service lines for service coordination
- Manages development and implementation of cost-effective business growth initiatives
- Coordinates activities across acute and outpatient radiology departments
- Fosters coordinated working relationships within dyadic partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, healthcare management, nursing, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related field required
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in an imaging/radiology environment
- Prior demonstrated successful experience as a senior Imaging Services leader
- Strong background in all aspects of acute hospital and ambulatory environment
- Demonstrated ability in healthcare management
- Experience in creating a strategic business plan and growth plan
- Management experience in a union environment is preferred
