About the role
- Manage and provide operational leadership to assigned areas of the Medical Foundation/Outpatient Clinics
- Ensure compliance with department and local/state standards
- Establish protocols and practices for effective patient care delivery
- Manage capital and operational budgets
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external peers and agencies
- Provide guidance and direct intervention in resolving complex situations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of progressive leadership over multiple locations
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
- Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable State, federal, state licensing and other local regulations
- Background and ability to form relations with physicians and medical directors
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring
- Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
- Ability to build and establish effective working partnerships
- Verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions
- Organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates a customer service focus in all decisions and actions
- Ability to work/interact with a diverse population
