About the role
- Provides administrative and nursing leadership in an assigned inpatient setting.
- Directs the activities and resources of the nursing unit.
- Works with senior leadership to develop and establish short- and long-term strategic plans.
- Develops and establishes the direction of policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 12 years of recent relevant experience.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- RN-Registered Nurse of California
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
- Must have expert understanding of AORN, ASPAN, and Ambulatory surgery nursing practice standards.
- Experience in Perioperative nursing and leadership experience for a minimum of 5 years.
