About the role
- Oversee all supply chain functions across a designated market
- Coordinate with market senior leaders to solve strategic logistical challenges
- Attend routine market meetings to maximize compliance and accuracy
- Coach subordinate directors and managers on operations
- Assess workload and reassign supply chain responsibilities
- Establish a culture of confidence and cooperation across site-level leaders
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 12 years recent relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Materials Management/Supply Chain Management
- Ability to coordinate processes for numerous sites
- Project management and presentation skills required
- Must be articulate with written skills and able to speak to large audiences
