Own a core part of the SurveyMonkey platform and define the future of how millions of users create, distribute, and analyze surveys.
Define and lead product strategy for areas like the survey authoring canvas, distribution channels, or response collection and analysis.
Identify and champion opportunities to integrate AI/ML to make products smarter (e.g., AI-powered question suggestions, automated analysis of open-ended text responses).
Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to scope, build, and launch new features and align stakeholders.
Define, prioritize, and execute against a roadmap to drive metrics like survey send rates, user engagement, and retention.
Build and evolve features that enable seamless collaboration and sharing, empowering multiple users and teams to work together on surveys.
Requirements
5-7 years of product management experience, with a track record of building and shipping successful products.
Experience or strong interest in AI/ML, with the ability to identify and leverage new technologies to solve user problems.
A "builder" mindset with a passion for designing elegant and intuitive user experiences for complex workflows.
An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity, with a proven ability to lead a cross-functional team toward ambitious goals.
