• Directly manage major & critical accounts to maximize & grow sales opportunities with your assigned teams
• Actively participate in monthly sales meetings, forecast meetings, product meetings & market share analysis
• Gather & communicate monthly market, customer & product intelligence with the appropriate person & groups at company
• Set sales performance and individual goals for your teams
• Follow up on lead generation from marketing and inside sales team
• Lead and manage forecasting on mainline products and manage expenses at or below budgeted levels

• Maintain the supplier relationship through excellent communication to ensure the supplier has alignment with ISC’s goals.

• Ability to troubleshoot routine issues that arise in moderately complex situations.
