About the role

  • Lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of initiatives involving complex system integrations, enhancements, and customer-facing features. Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders, clarifying business needs while advocating for technical best practices. Drive technical solutioning sessions with IT, ensuring alignment on architecture, data flows, and system design.
  • Own the product backlog, creating detailed and technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, while ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.
  • Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for technical implementations and system integrations. Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying and resolving technical issues post-launch.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience working with developers and IT teams, including writing technical requirements and participating in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, data models, architecture).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms, and experience in integrating these systems is a strong plus.
  • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, agile methodologies, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate technical trade-offs and drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
