• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and selection criteria
• Build and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring goals across regions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for both active and passive candidates
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Provide guidance on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
• Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, interview feedback, and candidate data
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
• Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
