About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own FP&A, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling
- Partner with the CFO and executive leadership on growth investments, pricing, headcount, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain revenue, headcount, and cash-flow financial models for fundraising, board presentations, and investor reporting
- Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounting, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Monitor departmental and company-wide budgets and recommend corrective action
- Advise on contract structuring and deal economics related to revenue and expense recognition
- Lead the annual audit and ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory filings
- Oversee intercompany accounting and financial operations across India, the US, and Ireland
- Build, mentor, and scale the finance team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Track record building or scaling finance functions at fast-growing, multi-entity, venture-backed B2B SaaS businesses
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience or willingness to learn agentic workflows and automations
- Experience owning financial data accuracy and translating it into strategic recommendations for executives and boards
- Experience with intercompany operations and distributed teams across multiple countries
- Experience owning transfer pricing, tax, and statutory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience within B2B SaaS
- MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus
