About the role
- Own the full commercial cycle.
- Manage the journey from prospecting and discovery to high-stakes pitch and closing.

Requirements
- 3–7 years in B2B SaaS or consultative sales.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals.
- Senior stakeholder management.
- Credible when engaging with C-level executives and investment teams.
- High ownership mindset. You thrive in early-stage ambiguity and are self-driven.
- Compelling storyteller. Ability to translate complex value propositions into powerful narratives.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Multilingual: Fluency in Spanish or German is a significant plus as we expand across Europe.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in PropTech, FinTech, or institutional real estate.
- Startup DNA: Prior experience building a GTM function from scratch.
