About the role

  • Execute opening and closing duties following designated procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed KPIs
  • Monitor and manage Quality Control factors, including customer experience, product & service standards, scheduling, and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonality
  • Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety procedures
  • Identify and report safety or maintenance issues to management
  • Provide friendly, professional service to exceed customer expectations
  • Handle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and trust
  • Maintain a clean and organized property at all times
  • Perform location cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
  • Facilitate and assess damage claims
  • Learn and implement the company's coaching and training model
  • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and management at all levels
  • Motivate employees to perform job tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Support company initiatives, including marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management efforts
  • Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams
  • Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
  • Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
