About the role
- Responsible for sales account maintenance
- Provide technical and administrative product information
- Perform daily clerical and office maintenance tasks
- Monitor inventory and follow up with purchasers
- Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments
- Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with clients regarding status of orders
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects
- Provide backup support for the manager and team members
Requirements
- Associate degree is required, bachelor degree is strongly preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in tech industry is desired
- Experience in data entry with strong attention to details
- Familiar with scheduling production and tracking orders
- Possess strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly
- Strong organizational skill, consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
- Must have expert knowledge on excel
