Develop and maintain simple forecasting models to project channel growth and performance
Support quarterly reporting process across multiple brands and deliver meaningful stories to clients about content and campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities
Conduct social listening reports using tools such as Sprinklr to track conversation and surface key learnings and opportunities for clients and internal partners
Drive A/B test analysis by gathering results, calculating performance and summarizing learnings
Translate and present data in a clear and engaging format for clients and internal partners
Clean and translate large datasets to ensure accurate reporting and insights
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years professional experience as an analyst, with a focus on social media analytics & reporting (experience across organic content and creator partnerships)
Strong skills in data cleaning, manipulation and organization
Ability to synthesize data from qualitative and quantitative reports and translate into actionable insights
Familiarity with forecasting methods and ability to build simple models
Experience with turning data into clear insights for stakeholders (internal and external)
Comfortable working with quick turnaround asks, managing deadlines and collaborating cross functionally
Working knowledge across social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Discord)
Experience with social analytics & listening tools (Sprinklr, SproutSocial, Brandwatch, HootSuite, etc.)
