About the role

  • Design and build the Partnerships function from scratch
  • Drive revenue through strategic partnerships and referral programs
  • Navigate a complex ecosystem of carbon removal and sustainability
  • Close partnership deals and manage the full partnership lifecycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply
  • Represent Supercritical in the market at industry events

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, climate tech, or similar high-growth environments
  • Experience in building partnerships from scratch or scaling a new channel/function
  • Strong commercial mindset and closing skills
  • Excellent ability to build trust and navigate complexity
  • Thrives in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
  • Interest in climate and carbon removal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
