• Set in a fun, non-competitive environment, Soccer Stars offers the nation’s most popular children’s soccer program for kids ages 1 and up.
• Your goal will be to teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment at daycares, preschools, rec centers and private/public elementary schools. Our philosophy is to use soccer to nurture, build self-confidence, and develop teamwork in every class.

Entry Level Soccer Coach – Ages 1 to 12

• We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.

• Provide children aged 2-12 years old with their first-ever soccer experience.
• Foster their love for the game through fun and interactive activities.
• Create a playful and engaging environment that encourages learning and development.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of each child.

Entry Level Soccer Coach, Ages 1 to 6

Sales

• Arrange subs for shifts where staff cannot teach their scheduled day/time
• Interview, onboard and supervise training of coaches
• Conduct regularly scheduled training
• Provide quarterly reviews for coaches
• Assigned schools each week to teach enrichment classes
• Visit/shadow/observe at least 2 schools/instructors per week
• Attend In-Person marketing events at schools, parks and local events
• Assist with classes as needed
• Assist with posting pictures and videos via Social Media
• Notify the Manager when items need replacement.
