About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Arrange subs for shifts where staff cannot teach their scheduled day/time
Interview, onboard and supervise training of coaches
Conduct regularly scheduled training
Provide quarterly reviews for coaches
Assigned schools each week to teach enrichment classes
Visit/shadow/observe at least 2 schools/instructors per week
Attend In-Person marketing events at schools, parks and local events
Assist with classes as needed
Assist with posting pictures and videos via Social Media
Notify the Manager when items need replacement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Background working with schools and/or organizations pertaining to childcare.
Must be willing to drive to locations within the territory as needed.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Sales experience preferred.
Must pass state-required criminal background check.
Must have availability Monday- Friday and some Saturdays as needed. Evening availability is required.
