• Arrange subs for shifts where staff cannot teach their scheduled day/time
• Interview, onboard and supervise training of coaches
• Conduct regularly scheduled training
• Provide quarterly reviews for coaches
• Assigned schools each week to teach enrichment classes
• Visit/shadow/observe at least 2 schools/instructors per week
• Attend In-Person marketing events at schools, parks and local events
• Assist with classes as needed
• Assist with posting pictures and videos via Social Media
• Notify the Manager when items need replacement.
