Youth Sports Operations Manager

Coach

• Conduct energizing and fun soccer classes for children aged 2-8.
• Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentals.
• Learn and deliver soccer curriculum provided by Soccer Stars.
• Provide individual attention to each child, ensuring skill development and personal growth.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Preschool Sports Coach

• Assist / Teach an energetic, fun & motivating class to connect with and challenge each child

• Implement fun soccer training sessions (provided) for children
• Teach soccer fundamentals while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants
• Maintain equipment and support setup and cleanup before and after sessions

Preschool Soccer Instructor

General

• Safely manage a class of up to 15 children
• Implement curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time to locations and provide positive customer experience
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Ensure every child has success and a fun experience

Early Childhood Coach

• We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead Soccer Lessons at a local daycare/ preschool!
• Our Coach will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
• Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.
• New Coaches can potentially work 3-6 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hr up to $25 per hr.
• Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Children's Soccer Coach

• Implement dynamic and engaging soccer curriculum (provided) through drills, games, and activities for children ages 2-10
• Teach fundamental soccer skills and techniques
• Encourage and motivate children to develop a love for soccer
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play

Soccer Enrichment Coach

• Assist/Teach an energetic & motivating class, connect & challenge each child, help them to accomplish motor development & skill goals & inspire a love of movement & healthy habits in an organized, structured & FUN manner
• Provide individual and group attention to children
• Show up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared (includes commuting time)
• For **ALL** age groups, you have to be able to mentally be at a level where the child needs you to be and make soccer FUN for them

Part-Time Kids Soccer Coach

• Are you passionate about working with young children and love the game of soccer?
• Super Soccer Stars is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable **Pre-K teacher** with **Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits** to join our team!
• Your job is to manage to class and help as needed. Coaches will be with you to teach the class.
• You will be our go to teacher on site at the classes throughout the week.
• This job is only for the 1-5 year olds.

Pre-K Teacher, 12 ECE Credits

• Conduct soccer classes that cater to various skill levels and promote an enjoyable learning experience.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development.
• Provide positive reinforcement to encourage player growth and confidence.
• Communicate effectively with players and parents regarding progress and development.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and fun environment for all participants.
