About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct soccer classes that cater to various skill levels and promote an enjoyable learning experience.
Teach fundamental soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development.
Provide positive reinforcement to encourage player growth and confidence.
Communicate effectively with players and parents regarding progress and development.
Maintain a safe, organized, and fun environment for all participants.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to locations in Cumming, Suwanee, Canton, Gainesville, Woodstock, and Lawrenceville
Ideally based within 30 minutes of one or more of our service areas
Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and pass a Georgia comprehensive background check
Must have access to a mobile device for scheduling and class management
Must be available weekday afternoons, ideally between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM
Must be available to start immediately, with a few hours of training each week
Experience working with children and/or a background in sports (especially soccer)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with kids effectively
Positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic about coaching
Passion for working with kids and inspiring young athletes
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow program guidelines
Desire to grow with our expanding team and make a long-term impact
