About the role

  • Assist in screening candidates for open roles using Lever (our ATS)
  • Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support TA Partners with pipeline management, candidate follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Draft job descriptions, post roles, and help maintain our careers page
  • Assist with recruiting reports and documentation (e.g., tracking candidate stages or metrics)
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media or campus outreach
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team
  • Support intern hiring initiatives, including coordination, outreach, and process logistics

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and LinkedIn
  • Ability to excel and multi-task in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
