• Strategic and executional lead for the Earnings ecosystem at Super.com
• Set multi-quarter strategy for Earnings tied directly to company OKRs
• Own outcomes for acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization across the Earnings vertical
• Apply Hook → Prove → Expand framework to design experiences that build trust, deliver value, and scale earning behavior
• Improve acquisition quality, develop fraud-resistant and high-yield supply, and balance user value with business growth
• Lead a mission-aligned, cross-functional team across product, engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing
• Partner with other Super.com verticals to drive Super+ adoption
• Drive innovation in product-market-model-channel fit informed by customer understanding and market trends
• Drive user and business impact through retention, earnings per user, and Super+ conversion

Technical Accounting & Reporting plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by translating complex transactions and continuously changing product offerings into clear, compliant, and actionable financial information. In a fast-paced environment with frequent product innovation, Technical Accounting & Reporting leads the review, development, and enhancement of accounting policies to keep pace with change. We are collaborative partners to cross-functional teams and serve as trusted advisors to leadership, ensuring the company is well-positioned for public company standards and long-term success.
• About this role: This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing accounting team as the Company continues to scale. In this role, you will support the Company’s external financial reporting and play a key role in shaping and accounting policies and controls from the ground up. You will support the Manager, Technical Accounting and Reporting on financial statement and disclosure note deliverables, technical accounting memos, and developing and maintaining accounting policies.. You’ll work cross-functionally and have visibility into strategic transactions and key business initiatives. • We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join our team. You’ll contribute to Super.com’s strategy by validating our applications meet design specifications and requirements. You’ll participate in Agile practices and help develop scenarios for our automation end to end tests. You’ll conduct all manual testing practices for multiple verticals, ensure operational metrics for the team are met, and that our products meet the highest quality for our customers.
