About the role
- Own the end-to-end commercialization operating model for innovation
- Ensure new products launch with clear tiering, validate size-of-prize, and executable channel launch plan
- Build and maintain the innovation commercialization playbook
- Define and manage innovation tiering and required evidence
- Partner with portfolio strategy team for opportunity quantification
- Build executive overviews for leadership approval
- Lead customer planning inputs and readiness reviews
- Define and coordinate post-launch performance & learnings
- Define innovation process success metrics and dashboard
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years innovation commercialization experience
- 3-5 years brand, commercial strategy, category management, sales strategy, or trade marketing experience (CPG / Spirits preferred)
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without authority
- Strong analytical skills (opportunity sizing, scenario modeling, performance diagnosis)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Excellent project management skills
