About the role

  • Responsible for Format development (focused in Convenience channel, and where separate buyers are in place), Range, distribution, and activation of your defined customers within the Off Trade channel, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that grow our brands and meet our customers needs
  • Ensure close collaboration with Commercial Marketing to bring brand plans to life in the market – Execution & Activation
  • Owner of the Monthly activity plan for Grocery & sharing with Field Sales Partner
  • Preparing and presenting to customers including Supply Chain, aligning on implementation
  • Delivery of budgeted Volume, £NSV, £GP and distribution targets with the defined customer(s)
  • Responsible for account management principles, EPOS tracking, Invoice management, and Forecasting.
  • Working closely with other functions such as Finance and Operations to ensure the best possible delivery against agreed KPI’s and targets.
  • Managing the promotional plan and working effectively to launch NPD and hit key times of the year with your customer base

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2/3 years sales/commercial experience in Off Trade channel
  • Awareness and understanding of the complexities of Supplier/Retailer partnerships & key KPIs
  • Experience working in commercial within FMCG
  • Understanding of the role of varied product size and formats for commercial partners
