Effectively communicate via email/phone
Process requests for price, delivery, returns, order status, order expedites, product literature, and technical assistance.
Requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent
Associates / Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
2+ years of experience in an inside sales / customer service position
Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or purchasing within a manufacturing or distribution environment is strongly preferred
Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and vendor pricing programs
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Working experience with Trend is a plus
Strong organizational skills, analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude is required
