About the role
- Assist in the research and development of 360-degree talent and creator strategies
- Act as the team’s eyes and ears on the social zeitgeist by monitoring platforms and news cycles
- Build and maintain meticulously researched talent and influencer recommendation lists
- Draft creative briefs, talent itineraries, press releases, and social briefs
- Manage agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers
- Provide support for NYC-based talent events, influencer activations, and content shoots
- Lead by example in every interaction with co-workers, talent reps, and the media
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR
- Strong writing skills to draft persuasive pitches
- Ability to identify emerging trends
- A strong, fast writer
- Excellent research skills to find the perfect partners for a campaign
