About the role

  • Media Lead: leverage an established network of contacts to secure high-impact features and product reviews for clients.
  • Integrated Execution: Architect and execute 360-degree communications strategies.
  • Account Stewardship: Own the day-to-day workstreams for a roster of 4–6 clients.
  • Content Command: Produce sophisticated, client-ready materials including messaging frameworks and press releases.
  • Event & Project Management: Lead the execution of media-specific events.
  • Mentorship in Action: Mentor junior colleagues and teach them the 'how' and 'why' of PR.
  • Business IQ: Participate in new business brainstorms and help craft proposals.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of PR experience with a focus on technology, B2B, or high-growth startups.
  • You understand the modern communications landscape and know how to bridge the gap between a Wall Street Journal feature and a viral TikTok moment.
  • You have high EQ and situational awareness.
  • You are exceptionally organized and a master of the backend—agendas, recaps, and budget trackers are second nature to you.
  • You take pride in exceeding expectations and have an entrepreneurial spirit that pushes you to make every process and pitch better.
