About the role

  • Self-generate sales leads
  • Present in-home presentations on solar products and services
  • Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments
  • Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations
  • Evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs
  • Build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install
  • Meet minimum required sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications (experience with CRM is a plus)
