About the role
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for compliance and market conduct oversight across Canadian Retail Advice and Solutions business
- Oversee first-line supervision of advisors across multiple distribution channels
- Shape our oversight programs with an advisor- and client-centric lens
- Drive digital transformation and grow our culture of excellence across the team
Requirements
- University degree with 10+ years of progressive financial services experience
- Deep knowledge of securities, mutual funds, and insurance regulations in an OSFI-regulated environment
- Proven track record in compliance, market conduct, and/or first-line oversight roles
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) with corresponding Branch Managers' exam would be a strong asset
- OPD or PDO certification would be a strong asset
