About the role
- Partner, advise and coach leaders on talent situations and challenges
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) on talent initiatives
- Manage organizational change and talent programs within Canadian Operations
- Lead annual talent cycles for client groups
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or a combination of 10+ years of relevant, progressive work experience
- Strong consulting, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities
- Confidence interacting with senior leaders
- Familiarity with transformation, project management, agile methodology and change management would be an asset
- Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec
