About the role

  • Lead the Data Integrity, Settlements, and SVi-App Support teams within Dealer Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of service from various back-office teams
  • Design and deliver process improvements across the organization
  • Build relationships with Advisors and Field Leaders for improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal partners including IT/Platform, Accounting, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams
  • Contribute to overall strategy setting and initiative planning
  • Use data and analytics to gain insights for scalability and growth support

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in the Canadian investment industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory and advisor-based business models
  • People leadership experience in a complex operations environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Developed ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec for frequent interactions
