About the role
- Lead the Data Integrity, Settlements, and SVi-App Support teams within Dealer Operations
- Manage the day-to-day execution of service from various back-office teams
- Design and deliver process improvements across the organization
- Build relationships with Advisors and Field Leaders for improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal partners including IT/Platform, Accounting, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Contribute to overall strategy setting and initiative planning
- Use data and analytics to gain insights for scalability and growth support
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in the Canadian investment industry
- Knowledge of regulatory and advisor-based business models
- People leadership experience in a complex operations environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Developed ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec for frequent interactions
