About the role
- Support strategic planning and overall partner strategy development for the business
- Develop tactical business plans to achieve sales targets for life, health and wealth products
- Build relationships with new and existing external partners and provide solutions to address Client needs
- Proactively promote Prospr’s value proposition to brokers and firms through interactive calls, delivering in person and virtual presentations and attending firm events
- Monitor market activity and trends to identify new opportunities
- Create and maintain relevant reporting to monitor success and opportunities with key stakeholders
- Oversee partner program including internal governance requirements, liaise with appropriate internal partners from across Sun Life to support partner onboarding and top brokers
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant financial services experience is an asset
- Passionate, tenacious and persistent sales mindset
- Confident, charismatic relationship-builder with dynamic and compelling influencing skills
- Ability to effectively manage relationships across the organization to deliver on monthly leads and engagement targets and related business outcomes
- Strong team player
- Strong knowledge of internal processes
- Strong presentation skills
- Consistent and dedicated work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines in a complex, fast-paced, and challenging business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
