About the role

  • Support strategic planning and overall partner strategy development for the business
  • Develop tactical business plans to achieve sales targets for life, health and wealth products
  • Build relationships with new and existing external partners and provide solutions to address Client needs
  • Proactively promote Prospr’s value proposition to brokers and firms through interactive calls, delivering in person and virtual presentations and attending firm events
  • Monitor market activity and trends to identify new opportunities
  • Create and maintain relevant reporting to monitor success and opportunities with key stakeholders
  • Oversee partner program including internal governance requirements, liaise with appropriate internal partners from across Sun Life to support partner onboarding and top brokers

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant financial services experience is an asset
  • Passionate, tenacious and persistent sales mindset
  • Confident, charismatic relationship-builder with dynamic and compelling influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships across the organization to deliver on monthly leads and engagement targets and related business outcomes
  • Strong team player
  • Strong knowledge of internal processes
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Consistent and dedicated work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines in a complex, fast-paced, and challenging business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
