About the role

  • Understand and translate business strategies into real estate needs, connecting back into CRE strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each business group’s goals, workstyles, and anticipated changes that may affect space needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business groups, managing requests or escalations while fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with business group leaders to capture needs and future requirements, translating feedback into actionable recommendations for CRE leadership.
  • Deliver meaningful insights derived from attendance, occupancy, and growth trends, enabling informed decisions about workplace strategies.
  • Promote CRE space planning principles and best practices through stakeholder engagement to ensure understanding of and alignment with guiding principles.
  • Leverage workplace technology platforms and analytics tools to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated relationship management experience.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and interpersonal skills showcasing the ability to build relationships cross functionally in a large organization.
  • Ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously while focusing on outcomes and delivering on stakeholder commitments.
  • Proactive and highly motivated individual who will take initiative.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous hybrid work environment, navigating with a positive attitude, finding creative solutions and maintaining productivity despite unclear parameters or shifting priorities.
  • Strong data management and visualization skills.
