Requirements

- Certified in Change Management
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical AI principles and data privacy
- Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only
