About the role
- Support Data Mesh migrations and client onboarding
- Configure and prepare data for ingestion into the Data Mesh
- Learn data querying tools (Starburst Trino, Athena)
- Gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies like AWS
- Assist in building and deploying infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Document processes and manage work with JIRA
- Learn DevOps methodologies and develop basic scripts
Requirements
- Experience in Information Technology
- Hands-on experience or high interest in Cloud technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Linux and basic AWS services (e.g., IAM, EC2, S3)
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Understanding of version control systems like Git
- Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance
