About the role
- Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process from receiving the customer’s purchase order to confirming payment
- Accurately enter and record customer orders, monitor their progress, and keep customers informed at all times
- Optimize order size and frequency and manage the full logistics process, including goods issue and shipment tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Hybrid, full-time position based in Badalona (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in a similar role (customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement)
- Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP R3 – SD module (highly valued)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Italian, French, or Spanish will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Availability for full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday
- Based in Badalona (hybrid role)
