About the role
- Deliver transformative Infor M3 projects with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and optimise customer order management, distribution, and financial integration workflows
- Ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Serve as a senior, client-facing consultant influencing clients’ digital transformation journeys
- Contribute to wider projects across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procure-to-Pay as needed
- Configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
- Plan and undertake onsite consultancy time, including travel and occasional overnight stays
- Participate in team meetings, client meetings and knowledge sharing across the M3 team
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including customer order management, pricing, invoicing, and AR integration
- Experience with being a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
- Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance
- Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel to client sites and stay overnight when required
- Curious and willing to challenge the status quo and improve processes
