About the role
- The role of Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant (O2C) – deliver transformative Infor M3 projects with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and optimise their customer order management, distribution, and financial integration workflows, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Senior, client-facing role where your deep understanding of O2C and related business processes will directly influence the success of our clients’ digital transformation journeys.
- While the emphasis is on Order-to-Cash, you’ll also contribute to wider projects across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procure-to-Pay as needed.
- Travel and Hybrid Working: We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance; onsite time planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks; office at least once a month; can work from Nottingham HQ or Cubo offices; etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Order-to-Cash processes, including customer order management, pricing, invoicing, and AR integration.
- Experience with being a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
- Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance
- Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
