• Directly manage the sales team (6 - 10 AEs)
• Work closely with assigned technical resources (SEs) and Inside Sales
• Capitalizing on your management & coaching skills, you bring strategy, planning and experience as you join your team in their sales efforts
• Manage region’s day-to-day operations, including recruitment, retention, and performance management, employee development, and enablement
• Work with Finance on sales team P&L and Operations forecasting
