About the role
- Develop and lead the US medical affairs strategy for lung cancer
- Oversee the design, execution, and reporting of medical activities
- Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs
- Ensure effective communication of scientific data
- Oversee the development and execution of medical education programs
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial teams
- Monitor and report on activities and performance metrics
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) required
- Minimum of 12+ years progressive Medical Affairs or related experience
- At least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Significant recent experience in lung cancer
- Proven track record of supporting product launches
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficient user of standard MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed
