Pricing Analyst

• Manage and resolve complex issues related to orders, billing, credit and logistics with Distributors, acting as the focal point for critical cases;
• Optimize order entry in the system by identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
• Develop and maintain a strategic commercial relationship with Distributors, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams at SRB;
• Prepare and maintain in-depth reports and analyses on order performance, inventory and service levels, providing strategic insights for commercial management;
• Actively participate in defining and reviewing commercial policies, contributing perspectives on distributor and consumer relationships;
• Ensure product and price lists are kept up to date and communicate changes clearly and proactively to distributors.
