Marketing Analyst – Business Intelligence

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate and analyze data from social media, paid media, and e‑commerce to identify insights and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Report on sales campaign results and prepare periodic management reports to ensure monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Prepare executive and strategic presentations, translating data and results into clear, concise information for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as the focal point for the implementation and monitoring of marketing projects, coordinating timelines, requests, and deliverables.
- Act as the technical interface with the e‑commerce agency, directing ongoing support requests and overseeing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives and tests, focusing on improving user experience and increasing sales.
- Manage marketplace operations, including product listings, image updates, pricing, inventory control, and campaign monitoring, ensuring channel usability and performance.
- Support distributors and monitor digital channel performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV) through reports and dashboards.
- Serve as the point of contact with the performance agency, ensuring the quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of media campaigns.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic media), ensuring optimal investment allocation with a focus on ROI and attribution models.
- Continuously monitor the conversion funnel, proposing strategic actions and investments to maximize acquisition of qualified leads and business results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related Technology/Data Analysis field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX+MATCH, pivot tables, complex data merging/cross-tabulation).
- Management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads): planning, execution, and ROI-driven optimization.
- Understanding of the conversion funnel and acquisition metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS).
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot): operation and report interpretation.
- Experience managing agencies/suppliers (briefing, delivery follow-up, SLA control).
