About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and resolve complex issues related to orders, billing, credit and logistics with Distributors, acting as the focal point for critical cases;
Optimize order entry in the system by identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
Develop and maintain a strategic commercial relationship with Distributors, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams at SRB;
Prepare and maintain in-depth reports and analyses on order performance, inventory and service levels, providing strategic insights for commercial management;
Actively participate in defining and reviewing commercial policies, contributing perspectives on distributor and consumer relationships;
Ensure product and price lists are kept up to date and communicate changes clearly and proactively to distributors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management or related fields;
Advanced / intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Advanced / intermediate English;
Experience in order management and customer relationship management;
Knowledge of billing, credit and logistics processes.
The following will be considered a plus:
Experience with SAP;
Experience with HubSpot CRM
