- Manage a portfolio of complex commercial real estate transactions
- Independently obtain in-depth understanding of properties and financing structures
- Diligently monitor market dynamics and property performance
- Recommend potential solutions to enhance protection for bank's exposure
- Lead negotiation, oversee legal drafting and closing of transactions
- Complete internal and external processes related to assigned portfolio
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in either portfolio management or credit risk management
- At least 3+ years in commercial real estate
- High proficiency in Excel and Word
- In-depth understanding of key loan documents
- Good understanding of common interest rate hedging instruments
- Team player who establishes good working relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven and motivated; takes personal ownership of assignments
- Comfortable interacting with external parties
