About the role
- Manage 12 locations nationwide
- Responsible for setting up, supporting, and continuous improvement of the Pump Services Product Line and its supply chain management program
- Identify and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely acquisition of raw materials and components
- Coordinate the transportation, warehousing, and storage of goods
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of materials and finished products, analyze inventory data
- Forecast demand, plan production schedules, and coordinate with manufacturing teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers
- Continuously review and analyze existing logistical functions and processes
- Identify and implement strategies to minimize costs throughout the supply chain
- Streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure timely and reliable delivery of products to customers
- Utilize performance data and analytics to make informed decisions
- Identify potential issues within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar technical degree OR Bachelor’s degree in business relevant to supply chain, vendor management, business analysis
- 5 Years relevant experience in manufacturing with supply chain management and business analysis responsibilities
- Minimum of 5- year P&L responsibility
