Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Manage payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and audits.
Review and approve payroll transmissions and ensure payroll tax accounts are reconciled.
Provide corporate support to payroll related decision making at other S&C legal entities.
Manage the ADP relationship and performance of key KPI's.
Lead payroll system optimizations and standardization.
Automate payroll processes including but not limited to timesheets, reporting, and general ledger integration.
Partner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize payroll workflows and data accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience of multi-country payroll operations.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Ceridian).
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred.
10+ years of payroll experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Concur or similar).
