• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Manage payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and audits.
• Review and approve payroll transmissions and ensure payroll tax accounts are reconciled.
• Provide corporate support to payroll related decision making at other S&C legal entities.
• Manage the ADP relationship and performance of key KPI's.
• Lead payroll system optimizations and standardization.
• Automate payroll processes including but not limited to timesheets, reporting, and general ledger integration.
• Partner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize payroll workflows and data accuracy.
