Product Manager

• Translate complex customer requirements into clear, actionable features that align with client goals and technical capabilities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring all work is well-defined, scoped, and ready for development
• Lead backlog refinement and support sprint execution by keeping engineering teams focused, unblocked, and aligned
• Define clear acceptance criteria to ensure delivered solutions meet both client expectations and technical standards

Collections

• Own full-cycle billing (invoicing (subscriptions, usage-based billing, etc.) credits/refunds, Dunning process)
• Ensure billing aligns with customer contracts and pricing terms
• Manage collections process including outreach, follow-ups, and escalation on past-due accounts
• Monitor AR aging and proactively drive DSO improvement
• Resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and short payments
• Maintain billing and AR data within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Partner with Accounting to support revenue recognition (ASC 606 alignment)
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on billing setup and collections strategy
• Support month-end close with billing and AR reconciliations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, controls, and billing/collections policies

Senior Billing & Collections Analyst

• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer, and close)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and candidate profiles
• Proactively source and build diverse candidate pipelines using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, etc.)
• Conduct initial candidate screens and guide candidates through the interview process
• Coordinate interviews as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• Manage and improve the candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer acceptance
• Partner with leadership on offer creation, negotiation, and closing
