Marketing Operations

• Manage marketing technology, processes, and data to set up effective marketing at Submittable
• Ensure high data quality and help colleagues access and understand data to enable smarter decisions
• Own inbound and outbound marketing technology and workflows
• Partner with Marketing, Sales & RevOps to optimize go-to-market processes, lead routing, data enrichment and more
• Monitor inbound lead volumes and routing to ensure systems function as designed
• Track weekly metrics like conversion rates (MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Win) and lead quality; identify performance issues in real time
• Develop reports and dashboards and analyze findings with leadership
• Implement, manage, and deliver marketing attribution reporting and insights
• Create and maintain scalable processes including SFDC/HubSpot campaign setup, lead scoring, lifecycle workflows, UTM management, forms and data field mappings
• Maintain CRM databases to ensure data integrity, accuracy and cleanliness

• Create clear, user-friendly guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs that support both new and experienced users of Submittable’s platform
• Write and maintain product documentation, including release notes and API guides, in close partnership with Product and Engineering teams
• Develop onboarding and self-service resources that accelerate customer time-to-value and reduce support needs
• Partner with Customer Success and Support to build troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and Help Center content that empowers users
• Support internal teams with knowledge-sharing resources, training materials, and documentation that make complex processes easy to understand
